Even cleaned and swept up both street and sidewalk and threw away instead of just leaving in the street. I will be using him again. Had him clean up weeds around my house, and since I had to leave before he was done I paid him up front. Since he was paid already and i wasnt around he could have been as thorough as he felt, and he felt like doing a 10/10 job. Chad reached well on time... did a AWESOME job making sure things were done in quality manner. He did not rush and spend enough time needed for the required clean-up and other activities. He even helped in fixing the water/irrigation system. He had run down to Home depot to change some nozzles but he did that without making any fuss etc... He is trustworthy person, who has great knowledge of his work, knows what needs to be done and takes care of his client in a professional and respectable manner. He is very pleasant to talk to and always provide the right advice and does not try to oversell things or services which are not needed. He arrived on time to discuss the scope of work and provide an estimate, which I considered to be very reasonable. He was very prompt in responding to emails and completing the work, which primarily involved reworking our irrigation system to include new trees that had just been planted, along with transplanting several shrubs. I have just called him to come out again to replace a number of dead plants and handle some trimming. I'm happy to recommend Chad and am very glad to have found someone like him, who can handle miscellaneous residential work promptly and efficiently. Chad came out and tamed both the front and back yard. There is not one weed in site! Besides the excellent work, Chad is very polite and caring. Our dog has an autoimmune disorder and so we cannot use chemicals in our yard. Chad was very understand if this. We are looking forward to working with Chad for a long time!
